Trade and wholesale

Peptide wholesale, UK

For groups, facilities and distributors ordering repeatedly: tiered pricing that starts on the first order, stock reserved against your account, and documentation built for a goods-in department rather than a single researcher.

Laboratory supply team preparing a bulk consignment

Pricing

Three tiers, on rolling quarterly volume

Tiers move with what you actually order rather than what you promised to order. There is no annual commitment and no renegotiation to move up.

Tier one

8%

off list

From the first order

Applied automatically once an account is verified. No minimum order and no annual commitment.

Tier two

14%

off list

£2,000 per quarter

Adds reserved stock on up to three nominated lines, held for your account rather than sold from general stock.

Tier three

22%

off list

£10,000 per quarter

Adds purchase-order terms, priority release from incoming batches, and a documentation pack per consignment.

Rates shown are indicative and applied to list pricing ex VAT. Volume beyond tier three, and lines ordered in bulk fill weights, are quoted individually — usually better than the tier rate.

What an account carries

Beyond the discount

Price is the least interesting part of a supply arrangement. What matters day to day is whether the material is there when you need it and whether the paperwork reconciles.

Tiered pricing that applies immediately

Verified accounts see trade pricing from the first order, not after a qualifying spend. The tier updates on rolling quarterly volume without renegotiation.

Reserved stock

Nominate the lines you order repeatedly and we hold allocation against your account. Reserved stock is not sold from general inventory, so a busy month elsewhere does not empty your shelf.

Purchase-order terms

For institutions and established accounts, 30-day terms against a purchase order, with consolidated monthly invoicing where your finance team prefers it.

One named contact

The same person handles your quotes, restocks and queries. They know what you order and what your delivery constraints are without being told each time.

Documentation pack

Certificates for every batch in the consignment, collated, with a packing manifest that maps batch codes to vials. Built for goods-in departments that have to reconcile it.

Custom lines and fill weights

Compounds outside the catalogue and non-standard fill weights, quoted with a lead time and released to the same specification as stock.

Trade accounts are opened for organisations only. We verify the organisation before pricing is applied, and material remains for laboratory research use in all cases.

Questions

Trade terms

Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
No. Tier one pricing applies from the first order once your organisation is verified. The higher tiers are driven by rolling quarterly volume, so you move up automatically rather than committing in advance.
How long does account approval take?
Applications are reviewed within one working day. We verify the organisation — company registration, institutional domain, or equivalent — before pricing is applied.
Can I resell material bought at trade pricing?
Yes, to organisations, on the same research-use-only terms. You must pass the batch certificate on with the material and must not represent it as suitable for human or veterinary use. Repackaging or relabelling in a way that breaks batch traceability is not permitted.
Do you supply outside the UK on trade terms?
Yes, across the EU and to selected other territories. Import compliance is the buyer's responsibility; we supply the certificate and a commercial invoice describing the material accurately for customs.
Can we set up a framework or standing order?
Yes. Standing orders against a schedule, and framework arrangements for institutional procurement, are both straightforward. Your account contact will put the paperwork together.
What happens if a reserved line goes out of specification?
We tell you before it affects you, with the expected date of the next release. Reserved allocation is not filled from a batch that failed specification.
